These sessions will provide you with a structured process and safe environment to drop into the truth about what you really want and who you want to be, think through the changes you might want to make in your life, and explore your options with support.
We all know what it is like to devote ourselves to projects for other's purposes and needs. This series of sessions will give you the opportunity to focus solely on the project of YOU: your purpose, your creative contribution and your path in life.

In the Spiral Up! Six-Month Series you will get to know 12-14 other professional women committed to transforming themselves. This program attracts women who have experienced some success - but want to carve a more purposeful, meaningful, and integrated life path. As you gain clarity about who you are at this point in your life and what you want, you'll receive encouragement and partnership from other great women rooting for you to have it.
Through the live group sessions and coaching you will be provided with the guidance, practical steps, and accountability to leap to your next level of personal and professional fulfillment. The results from the series are best expressed in the testimonials.
