Client Feedback
Becoming a Champion of Change
Client: International Credit Card Company
It reinforced my belief that there is always an exciting opportunity and reward for every challenge and change I encounter.
It made me choose not to be a victim.
It made me realize that I am the 'pilot' of my life's course.
I learned that change is good — and to be successful you need to be willing to change.
Helped me realize how change affects not only myself, but others around me.
Helped me to reevaluate behavior to stay positive.
I realized that change is not a temporary situation, it will continue forever, so I need to embrace it and adapt.
Helped to identify when I am not being as positive/productive as possible and to change my behaviors to solve day-to-day problems.
I now have more insight into my own behaviors and reactions and am becoming more sensitive to others. Instead of reacting and taking things personally, I am more able to concentrate on the issues.
This session has been helpful in making me realize how people always want and try to do a good job. They may be below the line at times, but they are still trying to do well.
Useful tools for life. Helped me to identify things about myself that I can change.
Understanding that change is good...necessary to grow and improve.
It helped me to realize I'm not the only one with the feelings I have. To take control of my being...I can change. It's never too late!
Session emphasizes and reminds us of leadership behaviors.
Helps to put day-to-day matters in perspective.
This session teaches many valuable tools to simplify your interactions at work and in your normal day-to-day living.
This session has helped me get back on track to where I want to go and be who I want to be.
...increased ability to be self-aware of my situation and to take steps toward change.
Session taught me to try to find the positive in any difficult situation. To understand that when change occurs, it is usually for the better.
...adjust to change with a positive attitude.
Change is life and thank God for it!
I now remind myself not to fear change and to challenge myself.
Accept and embrace change.
Learned not to get stuck in my 'comfort zone.'
Asked myself 'What would you do if you were not afraid?' I acknowledged and walked through fears that were stopping me from embracing change.
Embrace the benefits of change (all change, not just the change I choose to accept).
