As I was flying to last year's WITI conference I complained to our director of my frustration with my current job and employer. I was at a point where I wanted to give up at my job and move on to another, as I was frustrated with my employers, management, and the lack of direction I felt the company had. It was a very low point for me. I was hoping to gain some perspective at the WITI conference on how best to move on. Instead, I was completely turned around and reenergized.

I enjoyed the overall program.. but one that made an incredible difference in my overall attitude was by Randy Methven, of On Your Mark Corporate Coaching and Consulting. I can't say enough about how much of a difference the class made. I came back to work with a new enthusiasm, perspective and attitude, so much so that my boss was thrilled and told me to go ahead and expense the trip (I had gone on my own). And I'm still at the same job and still have a great attitude.

My staff thought the training Randy led was fabulous and it has really stuck with them. I feel a new energy among them, and from the managers in other centers. I think this is a terrific way of helping us reach that vision of true leadership.

I am getting a lot of positive feedback from all levels of management. The return will be felt many times over as a result of this session..it has had a positive effect on morale and how we interact on a daily basis.

I want to express how thankful I am working here. Yesterday I attended a workshop that focused on me as an individual. This session was both meaningful and practical and provided a format that was fun, interesting and made sense. I have been to Covey's Leadership Training. This rivaled even that. It spoke to not only the issues surrounding the work environment; it showed me the blue print to improving the quality of my life on so many levels. What an exciting way of living!

This course taught me to get beyond the stories and judgments I have about other people and myself, to stay positive and to strive to become the person I want to be!

So often in our day to day lives we are too busy to take the time to think about how we're doing. This seminar made me come to terms with how much I neglect myself and in doing so, the people around me. I have realigned my life around my priorities. I am so proud that I work for a company that recognizes this importance of balance in our lives and the success that it brings. Thank you.
