 Get Ready to Spiral Up! When mythologist, Joseph Campbell was asked how our women's journey related to the journey of the hero he responded, "In the whole mythological tradition the woman is there. All she has to do is to realize that she's the place that people are trying to get to." Women have a quest at this time in our culture. We've discovered that if we follow the road that is already laid out for us, it will not take us to the heart of our fulfillment.  There's
a growing impulse to evolve to the next level. We can feel it all
around us. We are finally ready to live lives of significance and joy.That's why I'm so excited about the timing of the birth of my book: "Spiral UP! Transforming Your Life for GOOD." As many of you know, I've been working on a book for more years than I care to count. Two of my clients, Mike & Bettina Jetter, founders of Mindjet, lit a fire under me by inviting me to repurpose my book content into their user-friendly transformational software application, Coaching Sanctuary. "Spiral Up!" is the result of my lifelong passion and commitment to personal growth and evolution. It guides women through a transformational process using the evolutionary impulse of the Spiral and the five Creative Powers of Energy, Mind, Feeling, Speech, and Action. Along with my personal story, it draws from the inspirational stories and lessons culled from a decade of facilitating Spiral Up! Transformational Coaching Groups for Women.
